Reviews and Ratings
The hotel boasts a variety of room options, from very soft and huge four poster beds to single but very comfortable beds, all featuring calming decor. The service, especially from the Manager, was exceptional, including room service, housekeeping, and a delightful welcome drink. The location offers proximity to various restaurants, some set in beautiful art deco buildings or gardens, and with a historical touch from being on cruise ships in the past. The dining experience, including home-made ice-cream, was delightful. The facilities provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The hotel offers a charming stay surrounded by Agatha Christie's bedroom with all amenities and calming decor. The service, especially from the Manager, is exceptional. Even though it's away from the town centre, the location in a museum of Laura Ashley furnishings adds a unique touch. The dining experience with cold meats could be improved, but the facilities are top-notch.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly cozy with a huge four-poster bed and massive bathrooms, and the calming decor was a nice touch. The Manager and the rest of the staff provided top-notch service, making me feel truly welcomed. The location was superb, nestled in a museum of Laura Ashley furnishings and just a few miles away from the beautiful beaches. The dining experience, especially the crisp salads, was delightful. The facilities were well-equipped and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
